7th Grade Winter Concert

Dear Parent:

            Our annual 7^th Grade Winter Concert is approaching very quickly and we are in the midst of our final preparations. On Wednesday, December 10th, the students will perform for their families and the community. The concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Middle School Auditorium. The concert should be approximately one hour long.

            Remember to have your child wear the proper concert attire. Boys are to wear dark pants and a white dress shirt with a tie. Girls are to wear a dark skirt or pants with a white blouse.

            Students need to arrive at the middle school at 7:00 p.m. Students who are in band should report directly to the bandroom, while students who are in only chorus should report to the music rooms. When the band portion of the concert is completed, students will remain in the bandroom until the concert is concluded.

            Concert attendance is mandatory for any student enrolled in band or chorus. If a family emergency should arise and a student cannot attend, the band or chorus director should be notified immediately and the student needs to bring a note from a parent. Written excuses will be necessary for any absence.

            The students have been working very hard to prepare a wonderful program for you and we hope you enjoy it.
